
Meet Dr. Jordan Dell
Dr. Dell provides compassionate, person-centered care, supporting patients through both the expected and unexpected challenges that life can bring. She enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan and has a special passion for supporting adolescents during this important stage of growth and self-discovery.
Dr. Dell is trained in evidence-based therapies to help individuals struggling with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and depression. She also has a distinct interest in working with patients experiencing Functional Neurological Symptom Disorder (FNSD) and related concerns.
She is committed to partnering with patients and their families to create meaningful change—both internally and within the environments that shape their daily lives. Collaboration is at the heart of her work, and she values building treatment plans that include input from patients, families, and outside providers to ensure holistic, wraparound care.
Dr. Dell’s professional experience spans private practice, community mental health, primary care, and medical hospital settings. She has a particular interest in Health Psychology, exploring how past experiences and internal beliefs influence a person’s current health and well-being. She also has extensive experience supporting individuals coping with the challenges of chronic medical illness.
Dr. Dell earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her PhD in Combined School and Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. She completed her APA-accredited clinical psychology internship at Manning Family Children’s Hospital in New Orleans. She is currently a Psychologist in Training completing her postdoctoral clinical fellowship at Clear Mind Collective.
Dr. Dell provides clinical care to individuals and families in the State of Texas under the supervision of Dr. Ana El-Behadli (TX PSY 38524) and Dr. Delana Parker (TX PSY 38421).
